After being sick for about two weeks I am beyond happy to feel better now. Seriously being sick sucks so much. I’m so glad spring is finally here. A few months back I was able to put together some simple spring outfits with my friend Angie.  If you go to her website you can see all her work plus the video we made with my simple outfits.

I always tend to stray away from the spring trends of the season just because every time I think of spring floral print and floral anything is the first thing that pops into my head.(Although I still am into the lace-up tops,shoes and chokers. )

Light weight cool fabrics is another thing that comes into my mind because North Texas can get pretty hot in the spring as well.

Spring is definitely the season where you can  start playing with flowy airy dresses, skirts and rompers. Another thing that pops into my mind are festival outfits. The warm weather is making its way here and so are the outdoor music festivals, or as some like to call it ‘Festival Season.’

So whether you’re just dressing for a warm day or a festival have fun playing with colors and patterns but don’t forget to stay cool.
